Staying in a hotel in the mountains was a great idea! the view from the room was stunning, with high peaks covered in clouds, making it a romantic and calming ambiance. the hotel's location was perfect, on a hillside with a beautiful view over the valley. the breakfast was delicious and diverse, and the staff was friendly. the hotel had a free sauna, which was a big plus. the ski-room was useful, equipped with personal heaters in lockers.

The descriptions were misleading. Although it had direct slope access to one resort, I was disappointed to know that the hotel was far from the other resort access.

the breathtaking views from the room were simply outstanding. the staff at the restaurant, especially Valeria, provided an outstanding service. the breakfast was excellent and fulfilled my exclusive needs.

The sauna was a bit cold but still, a minor issue compared to the overall experience at this venue. Everything was spectacular, from the high-quality service to the good wifi coverage and the amazing indoor pool voucher that was provided.
